Management Team

The Board provides overall oversight to ensure that the Agency's goals and objectives are met and to ensure that resources are used properly and that programs are carried out as planned.

Modest Employees

Modest was approved and regulated by the New York State Office For People With Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD). The agency's purpose is to provide direct support and services to the people with developmental disabilities and their families.

In so doing, MODEST employees must absorb a lot of materials as it relates to the services we provide and the participants we serve, as well as participate in several in-services and all OPWDD mandated trainings.

The purpose of this intensive training is to enable our staff members to analyze the likes and dislikes of the participants served and recognize a teachable moments in which new things can be explored to acquire new skills. Further, to ensure that Agency's operations policies and procedures are in compliance with local, State, and Federal statutes and regulations.

Executive Staff

The executive staff is responsible for directing the overall operations of the Agency in collaboration with the Board of Directors and OPWDD. For the executive staff to carry out their varied tasks effectively, they rely on highly skilled personnel e.t.c.
