Residential Services
A 24-hour Supervised Individualized Residential Alternative (IRA), a group living home where staff members support and supervises individuals receiving habilitation services. Within this setting, habilitation services are provided to individuals to promote personal growth while enhance their common life skills.

A less than 24-hours Supportive Individualized Residential Alternative (IRA), a group living home where staff members support and guides individuals receiving services to maintain a safe and stable living environment. Residential habilitation services offer a variety of options that strengthen an individual's sense of accomplishment.

Individualized Support Services (ISS) provides a structured home for individuals who have demonstrated the capacity to live independently. In an ISS setting, individuals require fewer hours of support per day because of their enhanced self-reliance. Support may include Community Habilitation (CH) services designed to develop clients' common life skills, advocacy, and crisis management.

Residential Habilitation Services

Residential Habilitation provides support services to individuals within a residential setting which is certified or operated by OPWDD and in accordance with the person's Individualized Service Plan (ISP). If specific ISP objectives or goals typically occur in a residential setting, then those outcomes become integrated within residential habilitation services.
