Mrs. Bishop-Leacock works in the field of developmental disabilities as the Director of Vacancy Management for a New York City based not-for-profit organization. She first entered the developmental disabilities field in 1985 as a Direct Care Counselor. Over the years she has held positions in the fields as Residential Supervisor, Quality Assurance Specialist and Developmental Specialist.
