Titilola Olugbakinro is an ordained Revered since 2004. She is a member of Family Restoration Ministries, International (FRMI) since 1994. She attended and graduated from FRMI Bible school in 2002. She served and successfully head several FRMI church departments using her administrative skills and talents, such as couples’ ministries, children Sunday school and financial/accounting unit.
She is the co-founder of Olugbakinro foundation established in 2020, base in Nigeria, which sole mission is to care for widows and their dependents. She is also an entrepreneur; business endeavors include real estate and clothing boutique.
Mrs. Olugbakinro is a talented and seasoned manager with 20 years of experience and has an exceptional ability to successfully function in the face of significant changes and challenges. She started her VA career in 2008 at New York Harbor VA Healthcare Systems (NYHHS) in 2008 and currently works at Miami VA Healthcare system as the Chief, Medical Administration Service since 2018. She channels her creativity into vison and makes it reality to improve overall patient satisfaction through program development, project management and process improvements.
Mrs. Olugbakinro is also the Chair board for Modest Community Service Association, Inc., a non-profit organization that provides services for developmentally disabled consumers , board member of Samuel’s Call Inc, non-profit who provides educational funding for underprivileged children in different countries, advisory board member for Health Information Management at American National University and a Daughter Of Zion-Women Of Destiny mentor.
She earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting at the College of Staten Island, City University of New York, and a master’s degree in Public Administration (Program Analysis and Policy Evaluation) at the Bernard M. Baruch College, City University of New York. She is a certified VA mentor, VHA Coaching trainer, and served as VA Chief Business Office preceptor/mentor since 2012. All her mentees have attained higher managerial positions.
She is an inspirational leader, a tireless public servant, a passionate advocate who implemented customer service programs to improve Veteran’s satisfaction, and a consummate professional. She strives daily to maintain the highest standards both professionally and personally. She is also proactive in raising the bar in order to achieve excellence in all areas.
Her mission statement is to make a difference, positive impact in the life of everyone within her influence. To be a role model and living proof that with God, you can achieve your dreams. All things are possible if you believe and trust Him, not lean on your own understanding but acknowledge him in all your ways and he will direct your path -Proverbs 3:5.
She is also married and blessed with 2 daughters and a son.
